The ST Andrews Environmental Protection Association Limited

The Association has been set up with the aim of protecting the environment of St Andrews and North East Fife.

Stepal is now a registered charity.


On 9th November 2015 STEPAL was awarded Charitable Status by OSCR, the Scottish Charity Regulator. OSCR is the independent regulator and registrar for over 23,500 charities in Scotland.

STEPAL now qualifies to apply for Gift Aid whereby the value of donations can be increased by 25%.  To claim this we ask donors to complete and return a form giving their details which allow us to claim this funding. The form can be downloaded here. This information will be used by STEPAL only to make the application for Gift Aid to HMRC and will not be divulged to any other person or organisation.
